Wednesday 7th April: Rocking Rangolis (Rice art)

Thursday 8th April: Hill stations to Himalayan (Prayer flags and tea tasting)

Friday 9th April: CLOSED

Monday 12th April: Inventions of India

Tuesday 13th April: Taste of India (Naan bread making)

Wednesday 14th April: Riding out into the desert (Brusho Art)

Thursday 15th April: Clay hands (Henna art on clay)

PE and Sports Enrichment Sessions

We have had to abandon our Football camp tournament day due to the guidance limiting the groups coming together for a mini-tournament.

Children will spend half a day doing a PE and Sports Enrichment as per below.

The other half of the day will be with the Create and Discover Team.

Release Dates

Now the full COVID road map has been published by the government, we have updated all our dates below as of 5th March:

Pre-registration opens

Make sure you register quickly to be at the front of the queue on our list.

Guidance and Pricing Released

Full guidance has now been released for Easter. We will respond and produce our COVID-19 secure guidelines, which we predict will have guidance on ‘bubbles’ and how they can operate similar to October Holiday Club. We will then be able to release our pricing.

15 spaces released

(For Mondays through Fridays*)

We will release our first 15 spaces to the first 15 families on the pre-registration list (as per Step 1).

Available times will be:

Mondays to Thursdays: open 8.10am to 5.20pm

Pre-register for priority booking and discount

Our holiday club is often over subscribed so we allow pre-registration in advance at a discounted rate whilst details are finalised, with no obligation to book. Pre-registration also means you can be kept up to date with any changing COVID-19 guidance relating to a specific holiday period.

Bubbles of 15

The children will be in bubbles of 15 during the holiday. This means that they will do the same activities as each other in the bubble as bubbles are fixed for the day. The children will have half a day of Create and Discover Enrichments and half a day of PE and Sports Enrichment sessions.

Social Distancing

  • Children in Key Stage Two will be seated 2m apart when indoors.

  • Children in Key Stage One and Foundation will have a free play space in the hall where there will be no social distancing indoors.

Other Safeguards

  • There is regular and additional cleaning of all resources.

  • Sharing of indoor resources is limited.

  • Regular hand washing and built in sanitising stations.

  • Staff will be wearing masks when indoors and working with children.

  • Registration and collection will be contactless and outdoors under the permanent gazebo structure.

  • All parents and carers are asked to wear masks when on the school site at all times during collection and drop-off.

  • There is a one way system for collection and drop off under the giant gazebo in the Foundation quad of the school.
